EARLY MORNING FEE STARTING BEFORE 8AM $50 PER ARTIST

Cancellation / Late Policy

To reserve your studio appointment, a refundable $40 deposit is required.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Clients who fail to contact us, do not show up, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel within 72 hours of their appointment will be subject to the following terms:

Automatic Cancellation: Appointments will be automatically canceled without notice if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late.

Late Fees: A $5 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes of tardiness only if the artist is able to wait.

If the artist is unavailable to wait (due to another appointment or scheduling conflict), the appointment will be canceled without notice, and the deposit will become non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

If canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to schedule or reschedule any future appointments.
