On Location Policy |

On Location Bookings

The best time to book for weekend events would be 6 -9 month prior the event day. To secure an appointment, a signed contract is required with 50% deposit due at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable, non trasferable and non-creditable to any other date or events. Please be advised, dates and scheduled hair/makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received.

Bridal Trial session

To ensure the perfect look for your wedding day. You will meet your artist in person and you will have full hair and makeup services experience. Bridal hair and makeup for wedding day price does not includes trial session. Hair + makeup trial sesion will take about 2~3 hours.

Cancellation Policy

All deposit are non-refundable, non-transferable and non creditable to other date or event. Cancellation should be made in writing via email at the client's earliest convenience. For bridal booking: Client has to report to Bright Crystal Wedding cia email 30 days prior to the event date. Otherwise $300 cancellation fee will be charged.

Traveling fee

With our convenience on location services, we bring the salon to you. Allowing you to save time and relac on your event day. Traveling fee is calculated for round trip. Starting point from our studio. Additional fee may be applied to travel to outside of Los Angeles County and Orange County for each artist. We cover first 10 miles. $2/miles will be charged for additional miles. Additional traveling fee will be added for each additional artist. Catalina Island : Traveling fee $300 / Artist + Ferry, Ferry Paring, Transportation.

Studio Policy

Studio Booking

Deposit is required for all studio services. For bride : $150 deposit required. For non-bridal services : $40 deposit requried. Full amount needs to pay at the time of booking if the service is under $40. Please arrive 5 min before your appointment. Customer has to let us know before booking if customer has extra long/textured hair. It may take additional 30min-1hour for additional prep with additional fee.

No Call/ No Show

Deposti will be forfeited and non-transferable to any other date. Additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

Late Policy

If you arrive 15 min late or more, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. You will be required to reschedule and your deposit will forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us 72 hours prior to the appointment date. If less than 72 hours, no call or no show, deposit won't be refunded.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand that last minute changes affect not only your artist, but other clients as well.

***Proof of fully-vaccinated or Negative coronavirus tests within 72 hours of entry to those establishments are required for people with religious or medical exemptions for vaccinations.

Please sanitize your hands when entering the studio. Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance.

Please let us know if you'd like to wash your hands as well.

No walk-in appointments are available.

Please wear a mask when entering the salon. You can keep wearing the mask during the procedures.

Thermometer will be used to check body temperature

Please refrain from visiting if you have a flu-like symptoms and/or if you have a temperature above 99.

Please ring a door bell if you are coming from the back door, or call 213-260-1531 when you arrive for your appointment and wait in your car, your artist will call you when he/she is ready for you.

Please do not bring extra people and keep 6ft apart between other guests to minimize the chance of spreading or contracting the virus.

Please refrain from visiting if you have traveled abroad within the past 2 weeks or if you had contact to COVID-19 patient(s).

Paying by cash : Please bring exact amount. We do not carry changed to keep less contact.

We try to keel less crowded in our studio to prevent spreading or contracting the virus as much as we can.

You may be able to bring your company. However, We may have to ask your guest to wait in the waiting area if there is another clients in services area.

We have another businesses in our building. We might have to ask your guest to wait outside of studio if waiting area is crowded.


The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our highest priority at Bright Crystal Wedding. We encourage you to call and reschedule your appointment if you or anyone you've had close contact with are not feeling well.
